Junior Board

We are committed to fostering the next generation of environmental leaders and welcome applications from passionate individuals under 35. 

Our Mission: 

The EarthShare NJ Junior Board serves a vital role in raising awareness of our nonprofit partners and the critical environmental work they undertake. Our mission is to connect young professionals with a shared interest in environmental sustainability and empower them to contribute to a cleaner, greener future for New Jersey. 

Developmental Opportunities  

Personal and Professional Development opportunities including professional networking, environmental education, leadership skills, program development/management, relationship building, communication skills and more! 

Expectations: 

In order to be an active member, participation in at least 4 zoom meetings and 3 in person events a year is required as well as serving on a working committee. The Junior Board works collaboratively with EarthShare New Jersey staff, board and nonprofit partners.
